About Me
A native of Las Vegas, I met and married my amazing husband in 1999. During that time, God redirected my path. After attending BYU, CSN and UNLV for Pre Med, I took an unexpected detour. I graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2003 and began working as a massage therapist at the Four Seasons Hotel. I later opened the Wynn Hotel and served as the Lead Massage Therapist and Spa Trainer for over 100 therapists. I decided to step out and start my own practice a few years later and have been enjoying that journey to this day! I specialize in Cranial Sacral Therapy & Somato Emotional Release and my experience over the past years have provided relief to those suffering from severe accidents, injury and trauma (both emotional and physical) while addressing the needs of those with learning disabilities, headaches, cancer and chronic pain. I enjoy the freedom of private practice. After completing my internship with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, I earned my license in Manual Lymph Drainage and serve clients with lymphedema and chronic swelling including post-surgical and cancer patients. I am certified as a Kinesiotaping practitioner and have held many teaching positions over the past 20 years. (NV School of Massage Therapy, Upledger Institute, College of Southern Nevada & dōTerra International). I completed my Functional Nutrition Training with Andrea Nakayama at the Functional Nutrition Alliance and in 2013 became a mom for the first time. Wanting to raise my son in a smaller town, we moved to Utah when he was 8. After settling in to our new home, God put in on my heart to open a wellness center and continue doing what I love! I patiently waited for the right place to present itself and in the summer of 2024, opened a new clinic in Panguitch, Utah. In the 21 years I have worked in this field, I've had my hands on over 12,000 people. It is an honor and a privilege to bring my skills to each person I am blessed to work with.
